Solution :-

$3a+2b+2c=0$,

the family of straight liner $ax+by+c=0$ passes through fixed point.

$3a+2b+2c=0$

$\Rightarrow \frac{3}{2}a+\frac{2}{2}b+c=0$

by comparing it with $ax+by+c=0$

$\Rightarrow x=\frac{3}{2}$ $y=1$

the intersecting point is $(\frac{3}{2},1)$
