Now according to question, we have
$40\%$ of $\frac{4}{5}$ of $\frac{3}{4}$ of $x$ $=48$

Therefore, $\frac{40}{100}\times \frac{4}{5}\times \frac{3}{4}\times x=48$

$\Rightarrow \frac{12}{50}\times x=48$

$\Rightarrow x=\frac{50\times 48}{12}$

$\Rightarrow x=200$

Now, $1\%$ of $x$ i.e. $200$ will equal to $\frac{1}{100}\times 200=2$.
