The correct option is B $20 : 1$
$\frac{4 x + 5 y}{x + 3 y} = \frac{7}{4}$

$\Rightarrow 16 x + 20 y = 7 x + 21 y$

$\Rightarrow 9 x = y$

$∴ y = 9 x$

Now,
$\frac{8 x + 8 y}{y - 5 x}$

$= \frac{8 x + 8 (9 x)}{9 x - 5 x}$

$= \frac{8 x + 72 x}{4 x}$

$= \frac{80 x}{4 x}$

$= 20 : 1$
