Given, $5 x + 6 = 10$
$\Rightarrow 5 x = 10 - 6$
$\Rightarrow 5 x = 4$
$\Rightarrow x = \frac{4}{5}$
Now, $10 x + 3 = 10 \times \frac{4}{5} + 3 = 8 + 3 = 11$
