Potential difference by which the electron is accelerated $= 60 k V = 60000 V$
So, energy of electron $E = 60000 e V$
Minimum wavelength of X-ray $λ = \frac{h c}{E}$
$⟹ λ = \frac{12420}{E (in eV)} A^{o} = \frac{12420}{60000} = 0.21 A^{o}$
