$H e a t l o s t b y s t e a m = H e a t g a i n e d b y i c e$
$(80 \times 540) + (80 \times 1 \times (100 - θ))$
$= 540 \times 80 + 540 \times 1 \times (θ - 0)$
$\Rightarrow 8000 - 80 θ = 540 θ$
$\Rightarrow 620 θ = 8000$
$\Rightarrow θ = \frac{8000}{620} = 12.9^{o} C$
