We have $(a + b)^{2} = a^{2} + 2 a b + b^{2}$ ,
$(3 x + 5 y)^{2} = 9 x^{2} + 30 x y + 25 y^{2} = 181 - 180 = 1$ $⟹$ $(3 x + 5 y) = 1$
