The correct option is B $4 \times 3$
Given matrix A $= [1234]$ of order 1 $\times 4$
and AB = $[34 - 1]$ of order 1 $\times 3$
by multiplication of matrix
${(A B)}_{m \times n} = {(A)}_{m \times k} {(B)}_{k \times n}$
i.e Number of columns of A has to be equal to number of row of B
$∴$ Order of B is $4 \times 3$
