We have,

A = {1, 2} and B = {1, 3}

Now, $A \times B = {1, 2} \times {1, 3} = {(1, 1), (1, 3), (2, 1) (2, 3)$

and, $B \times A = {1, 3} \times {1, 2} = {(1, 1), (1, 2), (3, 1), (3, 2)}$
