Let's assume median which passes through A cuts the line BC at D.

D is the midpoint of line BC

D(x,y) = (452,232)=(12,52)

Equation of the line passing through (-1,8) and (12,52)

Using the formula
yy1=y2y1x2x1(xx1), we get

y8=52812+1(x+1)

y8=51621+22(x+1)

y8=211(x+1)

y8=21x21

21x+y+13=0
