AT1=A1 ,AT3=A3, ..........AT2n1=A2n1 .....(1)
Now, B=nr=1(2r1)(A2r1)2r1

B=A1+3(A3)3+5(A5)5+.......+(2n1)(A2n1)2n1

BT=A1T+3(AT3)3+.....+(2n1)(AT2n1)2n1

BT=A13(A3)3.....(2n1)(A2n1)2n1 (using (1))

BT=B

Hence, B is skew-symmetric
