Equation of line AB is given by,
x121=y232=z343=t (say)

x13=y21=z31=t
So any point on the line AB is given by, P=(13t,t+2,t+3)
So for intersection of AB with zx plane put y-coodinate zero.
t+2=0t=2
P=(7,0,1)
Hence, Px+Py+Pz=7+0+1=8
