$=$ $\frac{(2-\sqrt{3}{)}^2-(2+\sqrt{3}{)}^2}{(2+\sqrt{3}{)}^2\times (2-\sqrt{3}{)}^2}$

$=$ $\frac{-4\times 2\times \sqrt{3}}{(2^2-(\sqrt{3}{)}^2{)}^2}$
