A=25x2+64y2
To make this perfect, we have to add a term Axy.
Using (a+b)2=a2+b2+2ab
add 2(5x)(8y)=80xy
So, 25x2+64y2+80xy=(5x+8y)2 is perfect square.
Therefore, 80xy has to be added.
Hence, the answer is 80xy.
