$= 3 x - 5 y + 6 x + 3 y - 2 y + 4 x$
Combining the like terms, we get:
$(3 x + 6 x + 4 x) + (- 5 y + 3 y - 2 y)$
$= (13 x) + (- 4 y)$
$= 13 x - 4 y$

Hence, $a + b - c = 13 x - 4 y$ .
