The sum of the elements in the above set is?

C $=\{3,4,5,6,7\}$ as $x$ is greater than $2$ and less than equal to $7$
So, $A\cap C=\{6,7\}$
$B-(A\cap C)$ will have the elements of $B$ which are not in $(A\cap C)$
So, $B-(A\cap C)=\{4,8,10\}$

Thus the sum of the elements in the above set : $22$
