C R3 = {(a, p), (a, q), (d, p), (c, r), (b, r)}

If R is a relation from A to B, then R (A×B) which consists of all ordered pairs of the type. (x, y) such that xA,yB.
Clearly, R1 and R3 are such sets of A×B. The elements (q, b), of R2(B×A)and not A×B and the elements (q, b), and (s, b), of R4 also not belong to A×B and as such R2 and R4 are not relations from A to B.
