Solution

The correct option is A 5
If A=[5ab32] and A(adjA)=AAT
To calculate adjA for a matrix :
A=[abcd]

AC=[dbca] (Cofactors)

ATC=[dbca]

Similarly,

adjA=[2b35a] and
AT=[5a3b2]

Given in question: AadjA=AAT
adjA=AT

Equating the two matrix,
[2b35a]=[5a3b2]

5a=2
b=3

Now,
5a+b=2+3=5

Option A is correct
