Then in equation $a=a,b=-5$ and $c=c$
Sum of roots $=\frac{-b}{a}=-\frac{-(-5)}{a}=10$.......(given)

Then $a=\frac{5}{10}=\frac{1}{2}$

Then $a=\frac{5}{10}=\frac{1}{2}$

$\therefore b=-5$
