The correct option is B

AKI,BKI commute


Given the matrices A,B commute, then AB=BA (1)
Now, (AkI)(BkI)=ABk(A+B)+k2I [Since I2=I]
=BAk(B+A)+k2I
[Since A+B=B+A from(1)]=(BkI)(AkI)

So the matrices (AkI),(BkI) commute.
Also AKI and BKI need not be equal.
