Given: a+b+c=12
ab+bc+ca=60
We know that square of trinomial identity, (a+b+c)2=a2+b2+c2+2(ab+bc+ca)
Now, substitute the values, we get
(12)2=a2+b2+c2+2(60)
144120=a2+b2+c2
a2+b2+c2=24
