Given, (a×b).(c×d)=1& a.c=12

Now,

(axb).(cxd)=1,it is possible when,

|axb|.|cxd|=1&(axc)||(cxd)

Also, a.c=12& if we say, bd then,

|cxd|1

Which is not possible.

Therefore, we can say that b and d are non-parallel.
