The correct option is A A.P.
Given that,
a,b,c in G.P.
then,
b2=ac ……….(1)
and
a1x=b1y=c1z
let a1x=b1y=c1z=k
a1x=k
b1y=k
b=ky
c1z=k
c=k2
By equation (1)
b2=ac
(ky)2=kx+kz
k2y=kx+z
On comparing and we get
2y=x+z
Hence, x, y, z are in an A.P.
