The deflection of the beam depends on the acceleration due to the electric field in the direction perpendicular to the beam.

The acceleration due to electric field is given by,

For β particle, qβ=e, mβ=me

For α particle,

qα=2e,mα4mp4(1836me)

aβ>>aα

Therefore, the deflection of β particle will be higher than the deflection of α particle.

As, γ radiation has no charge, there will be no deviation.
