If a block returns to its original position after slight tilt then it is in state of
equilibrium
When a number of forces acting on a body produce no change in its state of rest or of linear or rotational motion, the body is said to be in equilibrium. Also, all the forces that act upon an object need to be balanced forces. Here, when the block is disturbed it regains its original state after slight tilt clearly shows that the object is in state of equilibrium.
