If a car is moving at 90 km/h and it round a corner, also at 90 km/h, does it maintain a constant speed? A constant velocity ? Defend your answer.

This question is basically about scalar and vectors which you can find more about here.
But shortly have a magnitude and a direction so you'll say 90 km/h or south. However, Scalars have a magnitude only without a direction.
Since the magnitude stayed the same in your example (90 km/h), the speed (scalar) will be the same, however the direction changed (the turned around a corner therefore the velocity (vector) changed its direction.
