There are four outcomes in the sample space: HH, HT, TH, and TT.
Out of these, 3 have at least one head. Hence, the probability of getting at least one head is $\frac{3}{4}$
There are two outcomes in which there is exactly one head. Hence, the probability of getting exactly one head is $\frac{2}{4}=\frac{1}{2}$
