If a doctor injects us us we bleed but why not with the mosquitoes even if they bite us with their needle like nose !?,

When a doctor gives injection, a liquid is pushed in to the body.The injection needle is much bigger than the mosquito mouth parts. Mosquito mouth parts are very fine and delicate.So when it is removed from the body , we do not bleed.
