The correct option is A 25 m/s
V1=μwμaV0=43×12=16 m/s
Here, V1= actual speed of bird which is seen by fish at rest.
μw= refractive index of water
μa= refractive index of air
V0= speed of bird in air.
Relative speed of bird as seen by fish in motion=V1+VF=16+9=25 m/s.
