Formula used:

s=ut+12at2

Step 2:Calculation of the difference between vertical displacement sy and horizontal displacement sx

On putting the given value in the above formula

sx=uxt=5×1=5msy=10sin600×1-1210×12=10×32-12×10×12=53-5=53-1m

difference between vertical displacement sy and horizontal displacement sx

=sy-sx=53-5-5=53-2m
