Area (1) = x
Area (2) = 2x

2. Thrust (1) = $\frac{Force}{Area\left(1\right)}=\frac{10}{x}$
Thrust (2) = $\frac{Force}{Area\left(2\right)}=\frac{10}{2x}$

3. Ratio :

$\frac{Thrust\left(1\right)}{Thrust\left(2\right)}=\frac{{\displaystyle \frac{10}{x}}}{{\displaystyle \frac{10}{2x}}}=2:1$
