P1V1=P2V2 (at constant temperature, by Boyle's law)
From the given question:
P1=1 bar
V1=V
P2=?
V2=14V
Substituting the values in the above equation, we get
1×V=P214V
4×VV=P2
4 bar =P2
As P1 was 1 bar. Hence, the pressure becomes 4 times.
