If a hot body is kept in surroundings which are cooler than the body.only the hot body radiates heat while the cooler surroundings do not.Is it true or false

Dear student, Heat always flows from high temperature region to low temperature region. This is why the hot body will radiate energy and the cooler surrounding will not radiate any as it will be absorbing the energy. So it is true. Regards
