If a man lifts a load up with the help of a rope such that it raises a load of mass 50kg to a height of 20min 100 seconds. Find the power of man. (Take g=10ms-2).

Mass of the load, m = 50kg

Height raised h = 20m

Time is taken, t = 100s

Acceleration due to gravity, g = 10ms-2

Step 2: Finding Power

We know that PowerP=mght; where m= mass; g= acceleration due to gravity, h= height, t = time taken

P=50×10×20100=100W

Therefore, the power of the man is100W.
