AIDS does not pass from father to son.AIDS is not a genetic disease to pass from father to son. AIDS is an infectious disease. It gets transfered from mother to her offsprings through the placenta when the child is in mothers womb.The germs move from the mothers blood to foetal circulation.

So the man's sons will not get AIDS.

AIDS also spreads through contaminated blood, contaminated needles, blades and from mother to her offsprings.
It also spreads through sexual contact.
