Divisibility rule for 10:
For a number to be divisible by 10, the last digit of that number must be 0.

Divisibility rule for 2:
For a number to be divisible by 2, the last digit of that number must be one of these numbers 2, 4, 6, 8 and 0.

Hence from the divisibility rules of 10 and 2 it is clear that, numbers that are divisible by 10 will always be divisible by 2.
