Solution
Reticulate venation:
If a plant has reticulate venation, it will be a dicot.
This type of venation presents like meshwork. There is midvein present in the leaf and main small veins arise from the midvein.
Reticulate type of venation is found in dicots hence the root system found in them will be the taproot system.
In the taproot system, there is the primary root which develops from the elongation of the radicle of the embryo and persists throughout the life of the plant.
It forms lateral or secondary roots which are further divided to form tertiary roots.
