If a plant is infected by the bacterial pathogens then bacteriocides are used but if a plant is infected by viral pathogens then what is used against it??

Dear Student,

To kill viral pathogens of plants, a herbal extract called virucide is used. This virucide has antiviral properties that prevent the propagation of plant virus into the next plant cell. This way it prevents the replication of virus and suppress the symptoms caused due to viral disease.
