Question

If a positively charged body is brought and touched with positively charged electroscope then electron will lo from which thing to which thing. Is it depended and there electronegativity or electropositivity

Solution

A negative object will pull positive charges towards itself, repelling negatives to the other side.

You have to sum this effect to the the average positive charge preexisting in the electroscope. So the leaf tend to become neutral (closed) as the object get closer to the plate (I assume you get close to the plate or stick terminal, not to the leaf themselves) and eventually overcompensate becoming negative (reopen).

As they get in touch, the positive charge in the metal side of the electroscope will attempt to neutralize the negative object (How long they need, depends on the object resistance) letting the polarization of the leafs to decrease. If the It the initial charges of both the electroscope and the object are exact opposite, you will end-up in a totally neutral situation.
It depends on electro negativity
