Let the radius of the cylinder be $R$
Since the cylinder is formed by rolling the Rectangular sheet along its length,
circumference of face of cylinder $2\pi R=$ length of the sheet
$=>2\times \frac{22}{7}\times R=44cm$
$R=7cm$
Height of cylinder $=$ Width of the rectangle $=22cm$
Volume of the Cylinder $=\pi R^{2}h=\frac{22}{7}\times 7\times 7\times 22=3388{cm}^3$
