If a right circular cylinder and cone have same height and same base radius then the volume of cylinder is equal to what times of the volume of cone.

Let radius of right circular cylinder $=$ radius of cone $=r$ and

height of right circular cylinder $=$ height of cone $=h$

Consider , Volume of right circular cylinder $÷$ Volume of cone

$=\frac{\pi r^{2}h}{\frac{1}{3}\pi r^{2}h}$

$=3$

So, Volume of right circular cylinder $=3\times$ Volume of cone
