If a ringing bicycle bell is held tightly by hand, it stops producing sound. Why?
When we hold the bell tightly, we are not allowing the bell to vibrate with an audible frequency. Therefore we cannot hear the bell.
Why are girls made up of metals and not from?
(Could you please check my answer)
Ans: when a bell is struck we get a ringing sound it is a property of metal known as sonorous. nonmetals are non sonorous. they do not produce such ringing sound wood is a non metal and it is also not sonorous. Thus Bells are made up of metal
