If a shopkeeper bought 10 kg of apples for ₹100 and 5 kg of bananas for ₹100. He sold the 10 kgs of apples for ₹150 and 5 kg of bananas fot ₹120. How much is the profit gained by him?

Money spent to buy the apples = ₹ 100
Money spent to sell the apples = ₹ 150

Profit on apples= ₹ 150 - ₹ 100 = ₹50

Money spent to buy the bananas = ₹ 100
Money spent to sell bananas = ₹ 120

Profit on bananas= ₹ 120 - ₹ 100 = ₹20

Total profit earned by him = ₹50 + ₹20 = ₹70
