Let Cost Price of TV be $T$ and Cost Price of DVD be $D$
According to question $\frac{15}{100} T - \frac{12}{100} D = 540$
Also According to question $\frac{15}{100} D - \frac{12}{100} T = 0$
Solving we get $T = 10000$ and $D = 8000$
