The correct option is C 20 pg
During metaphase I the the genetic material hasn't been segregated into half yet. When the sperms are formed after Meosis II the amount of DNA is reduced to half as compared to the somatic cells.
Hence during metaphase I of somatic cells, double the amount of DNA is present as compared to sperms i.e. 5 × 2 = 10 pg
So the correct answer is ' 10 pg'.
