Solution

The correct option is A ₹ 750
Amount (A) = ₹ 600
Rate of interest (R) = 10%
Time period (T) = 2 years

Let the principal be P.

We know that, S.I=P×R×T100and S.I = Amount - Principal

(600P)=P×10×2100

(600P)=P5
(600P)×5=P
6P=3,000
P= 500

Simple interest after 5 years,

S.I=500×10×5100

S.I= 250

Amount after 5 years= 500+ 250= 750
