Consider the problem

a×b=c×d(1)a×c=b×d(2)

Subtracting (2) from (1)

(a×b)(a×c)=(c×d)(b×d)

a×(bc)=(cb)×d

a×(bc)(cb)×d=0

a×(bc)+(bc)×d=0

a×(bc)d×(bc)=0

(ad)×(bc)=0

Hence, (ad) is perpendicular to (bc)
