The correct option is A $1 : 2$
Area of square $= l^{2}$
Area of triangle $= \frac{1}{2} (l b) * l h$

$l b = l h = l$
because triangles & squares are on same base & between same parallels.
$∴ T r i a n g l e : S q u a r e =$ $\frac{\frac{1}{2} * l * l}{l * l}$
$\Rightarrow \frac{T r i a n g l e}{S q u a r e}$ $= \frac{1}{2}$
