Since, e2 and e2 are eccentricities of a hyperbola and its conjugate hyperbola, therefore
4e2+4e2=1
4=e2e2e2+e2
The line passing through the points (e,0) and (0,e) is
ex+eyee=0
It is tangent to the circle x2+y2=r2.
Hence, eee2+e2=r
r2=e2e2e2+e2=4
r=2
