If a water tank is placed on the top of a building and two taps are connected, one in the ground floor and second on the 1st floor. From which tap the water will come with high pressure?

We know, with increase in depth, the pressure due to water increase. So, for the tap on the bottom most point will have maximum water pressure.
Hence, the tap on ground floor will give water with maximum pressure.
